Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPow Core plugin, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by IPOW HOSTING LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install the IPow Core WordPress plugin on the number of websites permitted by your specific subscription plan.

You may not: modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service; circumvent any user limits; or rent, lease, or distribute the plugin to unauthorized third parties.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Payments are securely processed by our designated Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By submitting payment information, you authorize Paddle.com to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

4. Data and Backups

IPow Core is a software tool designed to facilitate the creation and transmission of backups. We do NOT host your backups on our own servers. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your designated third-party cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) has sufficient capacity and is properly configured.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA. You agree that your use of the plugin is at your own risk. We strongly recommend periodically verifying your backups and testing your restore procedures.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IPOW HOSTING LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
