Refund Policy
Our commitment to your satisfaction.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%. However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
Conditions for a Refund
We will happily process your refund request provided that:
- You request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team by opening a support ticket and providing the necessary information to reproduce the issue.
- The plugin fundamentally does not work on your environment due to a stated bug or incompatibility.
Exceptions
We may deny refund requests in the following circumstances:
- You simply decided not to use the plugin after purchase (buyer's remorse) without a technical justification.
- You are requesting a refund for a renewal payment. Renewals are final, and it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date via the Customer Portal.
- You refuse to assist our support team in troubleshooting the issue (e.g., refusing to provide error logs or detail the issue).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 business hours.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed on our end, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
