Before you read: IPow Core processes payments securely via Airwallex, our designated payment provider. IPOW HOSTING LLC is the seller of record for all purchases. All refund requests are handled directly by our team in accordance with this policy.
1. About Our Payment Provider
IPow Core's digital products are sold by IPOW HOSTING LLC. Payments are securely processed by Airwallex, our authorized payment provider. When you purchase the IPow Core plugin, Airwallex handles the secure payment transaction on our behalf.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with IPow Core for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. There are no hidden conditions — if you're not happy, we'll refund you.
Refund requests submitted after this 14-day window are not eligible.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to support@ipowcore.com within the 14-day window. Please include:
- Email address used during purchase Required
- Order number — found on your purchase receipt Required
- Reason for the request — helps us improve the product Optional
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and process eligible refunds directly. We do not add any hidden conditions beyond what is stated in this policy.
4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The 14-day refund window has passed
- Evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behaviour is found
- The request is for an unused portion of a subscription period after the initial 14 days
These exclusions do not affect your rights as a Consumer where products are proven to be not as described, faulty, or unfit for purpose.
5. Subscriptions
IPow Core subscription plans (annual or recurring) renew automatically until cancelled. Please note:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next renewal date
- There are no refunds for unused subscription periods after renewal has been charged
- The 14-day cancellation right applies to the initial subscription only, not automatic renewals
To cancel your subscription before the next renewal, contact us at support@ipowcore.com with your order number and the email used at purchase.
6. Processing Time
Once we approve and process your refund, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
