Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

1. Digital Products Only

IPOW HOSTING LLC sells downloadable software only. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges, customs duties, or delivery addresses apply to any order. Every purchase consists of a plugin package (a .zip file) and a licence key that unlocks updates and support. This is true of both billing modes: an annual subscription and a one-time lifetime licence are delivered in exactly the same way and on the same timeline.

2. When You Receive Your Order

Fulfilment is automatic and occurs immediately after payment is confirmed (typically under 5 minutes). You receive access in two ways at the same time:

• On screen. You are returned to our order confirmation page, where your licence key and a secure download link are displayed immediately.
• By email. A confirmation email containing the same licence key, download link, and your invoice is sent to the email address entered during checkout.

3. Ongoing Access

Your licence key and current plugin download remain available at any time from your account dashboard. While your licence is active, WordPress will also offer plugin updates automatically through the standard WordPress updates screen. Delivery is therefore not a one-time event:

• On an annual plan, access continues for the full twelve-month term and for each renewed term thereafter.
• On a lifetime licence, access does not expire — downloads and updates stay available with no further payment.

4. If You Do Not Receive Your Order

If your confirmation email has not arrived within one hour of a successful payment, please first check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, and confirm that the address you entered at checkout is correct. If it still has not arrived, contact support@ipowcore.com with your order or invoice number. We will re-issue your licence key and download link, normally within one business day and always within three business days.

If we are unable to deliver a working licence to you at all, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy, regardless of how much time has passed.

5. Technical Requirements

To use the delivered software you need a self-hosted WordPress installation with WooCommerce active, and the ability to install a plugin from a .zip file. Requirements and installation steps are documented in our Installation Guide and should be reviewed before purchase. The plugin cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites that do not permit custom plugins.

6. Export & Availability

Our software is delivered electronically and is available worldwide, except where supply is prohibited by applicable export control or sanctions law. We reserve the right to decline or reverse an order that we cannot lawfully fulfil, in which case any amount charged is refunded in full.
